Exmoor Medical Centre Open Afternoon
On Tuesday 7th November, Exmoor Medical Centre held their first open afternoon at the practice. The event was an opportunity for patients to meet with practice staff and find out a little more about the practice. Our Patient Participation group were available for patients to chat with as well as stands from the NHS Digital Team supporting patients with the NHS App, our local Village Agent, Health Coach, My Way Diabetes and a newly set up chronic pain peer support group.
The whole team at Exmoor Medical Centre would like to thank our patients for their attendance, engagement and positive support at this event. We hope that by attending the open afternoon you can see how dedicated we are in delivering an excellent service for our patients. We always aspire to meet the needs of everyone, but we ask that as we head deeper into winter, all our patients remain mindful of the difficulties in delivering general practice medical services at this time. We plan to hold a similar event next year but if you have suggestions in the meantime, please feel free to contact the practice.
